Starbucks Dupe: Pumpkin Cream
Do you dream of pumpkin spice cold brew with the sweet cream on top every year? I love this drink but the extra sugar and extra money had me looking for a better way to enjoy them! I also prefer decaf and my Starbuck’s is always out of decaf iced coffee. So I made my own! I also love that this makes a whole jar so you can use it several times. I prefer it over iced coffee but use the creamer in hot coffee too! Here is the recipe for you to try, plus some substitutions you can make depending on your dietary needs. You can also see a video of me making it on Instagram here.
Cheers to pumpkin spice season! 🧡

Ingredients:
1/2 Tablespoon of canned pumpkin
8 oz container of heavy cream (You can substitute with your choice of milk or cream. Just know that some froth better than others.)
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup (Adjust to your taste, but I prefer a less sweet version. You can also use brown sugar, agave, or any sweetener you like!)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to a small jar and shake to combine. You can also use a milk frother if you have one.
2) Store in the jar sealed tight in fridge for up to one week.
3) Pour over iced or hot coffee and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
For my iced coffee, I use the brand Javy. It’s a concentrate you add water to and is super convenient. You can also use your own cold brew or cooled off drip coffee. I prefer the concentrate because I can get decaf, it’s not bitter, and is just so easy to use and store. You can get your own here and use the code SARAH20 for 20% off your first order.
