5 Simple Trader Joe’s Meals with Just a Few Ingredients

When life gets busy, it’s so helpful to have a few quick and easy meal ideas in your back pocket. Trader Joe’s is perfect for this because they have so many flavorful, pre-prepped ingredients that make meals come together fast. Plus, with just 3-4 items, cleanup is a breeze! If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I shop at Trader Joe’s often and love an easy, simple meal. Here are five simple meals that will keep you nourished without spending hours in the kitchen. (If you don’t have Trader Joe’s near you, most of these items can be found at other grocery stores!)

1. Cauliflower Gnocchi with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

- Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi

- Trader Joe’s Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto

- Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

Sauté the cauliflower gnocchi in a pan until they’re golden brown. In a separate pan, cook the cherry tomatoes until they soften and burst. Toss everything together with a spoonful of the pesto, and enjoy a veggie-packed, comforting meal that’s ready in under 20 minutes.

2. Mandarin Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- Trader Joe’s Mandarin Orange Chicken (frozen)

- Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables (frozen)

- Trader Joe’s Brown Rice (frozen)

Instructions:
